Her insight on the area, and honesty in the transaction speaks volumes to her integrity. I highly recommend Kelli.

Hello everyone, I explained to Kristen that I didn't want the top of the market or the bottom of the market price I wanted the sweet spot in the middle. As I wanted the property sold quickly. This property had been totally rehabbed. I could have done a higher asking price and then waited forever. Kristen did her CMA and found the perfect price. We agreed to the listing price. The property was only listed for one day, on the second day I received an offer that was 900 dollars less than my asking price. This could not have gone any smoother. Kristen kept me updated along the way with the buyers process. I would highly recommend Kristen Conti for the smooth handling of the entire process. Her knowledge of the market, experience in our area and her expertise was a delight to work with. Would certainly use her again in any other sales transaction. If you're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and honest Broker/Realtor look no further, give her a call.

Christine was terrific. She was always there when we called or messaged and walked with us through the whole process. She was even there at the closing! I would highly recommend Christine to anyone.
