Pam began working with me in October to find a condo in a low price range. She showed many condos within my price range, but nothing ticked all of my boxes. Finally in late November of 2020, I told Pam I was done looking until after the new year. In early December Pam contacted me about a condo within my price range that ticked off all of my boxes; cat allowed, laundry in unit, ground floor, front door parking. Pam showed me the unit the same day and I loved it! She showed it again to me and my two daughters. and they both loved it as well. I put in an offer that same day and it was accepted! Pam held my hand throughout the entire process, and on February 16, 2021, the closing took place. In between first contract and closing. Pam and I became fast friends. Pam is the type of Realtor that takes a personal interest in her clientele. I feel so blessed that I found her. and I look forward to our being friends for a long time to come.
