Kelly was extremely responsive and professional. She went above and beyond and was extremely patient as I pulled out of 2 deals and closed on a third. She recommended contractors who were superior and did great work. She was working with the Contractors on a site visit when I could not make it to the property.

Good job always helping in the whole process of buying your house very good attitude and very calm when showing you all the houses you want to see and helps you in all the doubts you have no matter the time and the day thank you Rick we are very happy for your help and our new house

Nory was awesome to work with!

I’ve worked with Maria numerous times; as both a buyer and a seller. Maria has great communication, knowledge, and experience which make the home buying/selling process as easy as it can be. She goes out of her way to get the job done and make sure it is done right. I’d highly recommend Maria and would work with her again!

Strong market knowledge

I dealt with a handful of realtors before Mikayla. They’d get the job done but she was very passionate on helping find what my fiancé and myself were looking for. We were also first time home buyers so as we put an offer in she was very transparent for negotiations and what was to come. We never heard her try talking us into taking the counter offer (above budget) like I’ve dealt with before. She explained there are houses everywhere for sale if it’s out of budget we’ll just move happily on to the next one to find something we could afford. Nothing came as a surprise except she didn’t say she had “the number one lender around” she gave us a list of options she has worked personally with and recommended but to choose from which ended up us getting a interest rate lower than the nations avg! Highly recommend

I started the search process, in a specific complex, over a year ago. I met David this Spring, and knew I was in the right hands. I am so impressed with David's off hand knowledge of the are and the complex, even down to minute details. He is a doll. He knew I was not in a rush to find the right place. David is so patient! He never pressured me to increase my budget or pushed me toward a listing for a sale, like many do. But, I trusted his instincts when he called and said "this is the one that is meant to be". He was absolutely right!! I made the offer that day and closed in less than 30 days. David found me my Kismet beach house and I could not be more appreciative or grateful for everything!!!

Weekly data & statistics were provided, they were always available & easy to reach when I had a question. Closing was seamless. Absolutely 100% recommend Emory's Rock. You'll be treated like family.
