My experiences with Steve have been uniformly excellent. He has gone out of his way to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for me and my mother. He is also helping us sell my mother's current home. Again, he takes pains to make all steps of the process easy to understand and to achieve for me (I live out of the state) and my mother (an older adult who is nervous about the whole process). I feel very fortunate to be working with Steve and would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Angela Carney came highly recommended and she did not disappoint in assisting us with locating a townhome for our daughter who is an employee at Disney. Angela was extremely knowledgeable of the Orlando area and, after learning more about our daughter (work location, interests, etc), she provided us with many options to review. When we finally narrowed down our choices she reached out to the HOA to ask pertinent questions that helped our final decision making. She was very efficient with following up with the selling agent to ensure everything was being done properly. We could not be more happy with entire process from start to finish and Angela had a huge part in that as she is the consummate professional. By far the absolute best home buying experience. I was referred to Xiomara just a few months ago; I reached out to her and expressed interest in buying a home. We began looking at properties and never once did I feel pressured. She was incredibly knowledgable about the area (I looked in Kissimmee, Hunter's Creek, throughout Orlando) and little tidbits of information about home buying I wouldn't have otherwise known. I felt like I had an expert by my side the entire time. I changed my requirements a few times (first the area, then how much I wanted to spend) and Xiomara was flexible and understanding. When we found the perfect home (she knew it, I knew it) I put the offer in the same day.
