I started in construction as a teenager, went on to become a licensed electrician and construction contractor, and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Over the years, I have purchased over 30 highly distressed homes, completely renovated these homes and either leased or flipped them. My combined knowledge of construction, real estate investments, and Real Estate Sales makes me a Realtor with a unique background. Ray researched the market and gave us realistic expectations. Provided support and guidance in understanding what we needed to do to have the sale go as smooth as possible. We were out of state sellers and Ray maintained a high level of communication from beginning through the close. Closing was seamless and easy. Not having sold a house in over 30 years, we asked a lot of questions and received answers easy to understand. We appreciated his professionalism and personable demeanor. House was under contract in five days.

Ray gets it done !!!

Ray did a fantastic job selling our home in the four corners area. After an unsuccessful path with another realtor, Ray came in... -took excellent pictures -gave us valuable feedback on the our pricing structure along with a true asessment of market conditions -went over and beyond the call of duty to check up on the house for us on a regular basis ....but most of all, got it under contract with multiple offers in 3 weeks! I would strongly recommend Ray to anyone that wants to get their house sold !

Another great transaction
