Ray researched the market and gave us realistic expectations. Provided support and guidance in understanding what we needed to do to have the sale go as smooth as possible. We were out of state sellers and Ray maintained a high level of communication from beginning through the close. Closing was seamless and easy. Not having sold a house in over 30 years, we asked a lot of questions and received answers easy to understand. We appreciated his professionalism and personable demeanor. House was under contract in five days.
Angela Carney came highly recommended and she did not disappoint in assisting us with locating a townhome for our daughter who is an employee at Disney. Angela was extremely knowledgeable of the Orlando area and, after learning more about our daughter (work location, interests, etc), she provided us with many options to review. When we finally narrowed down our choices she reached out to the HOA to ask pertinent questions that helped our final decision making. She was very efficient with following up with the selling agent to ensure everything was being done properly. We could not be more happy with entire process from start to finish and Angela had a huge part in that as she is the consummate professional. Highly recommend Angela to anyone moving to the Orlando area.
