My experiences with Steve have been uniformly excellent. He has gone out of his way to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for me and my mother. He is also helping us sell my mother's current home. Again, he takes pains to make all steps of the process easy to understand and to achieve for me (I live out of the state) and my mother (an older adult who is nervous about the whole process). I feel very fortunate to be working with Steve and would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Because of our initial buyers inept ability to understand the basic fundamentals of real estate transactions that anyone with a below average IQ would intuitively grasp, our home sale process did not go as smoothly as it should have gone in the traditional sense. Our initial buyer backed out 2 days short of closing without any warning and expected to get their entire escrow deposit back. My agent Grace Gutierrez was able to assist me during this time and we were able to get back on contract with a proper buyer. As a result, I got far more $ for my house than I would have selling to an investor with a cash offer $100,000 below asking price. Thank you Grace!
