Working with Vivian Saavedra was truly the best experience we could have asked for. From day one, she went above and beyond for our family — always patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even exciting. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for us. She listened to everything we wanted, guided us through every step, and celebrated with us when we finally found “the one.” By the end, it didn’t feel like we were just working with a realtor — it felt like we had gained a lifelong friend. Vivian Saavedra isn’t just amazing at what she does; she truly becomes part of your family. She is great and what she does and always had our backs. We can’t recommend her enough!

Ken went above and beyond for us on our housing search. He helped us every step of the way and was a wonderful communicator. We enjoyed our experience with him as our realtor. Highly recommend!

I knew that I always wanted to use the Erica Diaz Team whenever I sold our home! I wanted someone who was attentive, patient and yet was aggressive to get our home sold! Erica is so personable! I had never met Erica or her team prior to listing our home but I knew from the moment that I met Erica that I had made the right choice! I found that she was so easy to talk to, really understood how I wanted my home to be displayed and was attentive to every single question that I had along the way! Erica has her own family with their own list of demands but you would never know it by how attentive Erica was to us! She answered every single text and phone call within minutes! The thing that stood out most to me was that she was compassionate about how much our home meant to us and she knew that it wasn't just another real estate transaction! She knew that we loved our home and we took great pride in showcasing how beautiful it is! Hands down, when we purchase another home in the Florida market-we will use the Erica Diaz team! We felt like family & hope that Erica visits us in our new city one day! I would highly recommend anyone buying or selling a home to use the Erica Diaz Team! They are attentive to every single detail and treat you with so much respect before, during and after the sale! Thank you Erica Diaz! We will continue to recommend you and your team to family & friends!

Scott was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. He was extremely responsive and solutions oriented. I would recommend Scott and will certainly reach out if I have any real estate needs in the future.

Shane was the definition of a true professional. He was willing to to whatever we needed to make the home finding and process easy and stress free. My family and I can’t thank Shane enough for all of his efforts.

Joseph is a joy to work with! He was enthusiastic, detail oriented, and really understood the house and how to present it. He also was wonderful with us and kept us calm throughout the process. As out of town sellers he went above and beyond when we could not be there.
