I knew that I always wanted to use the Erica Diaz Team whenever I sold our home! I wanted someone who was attentive, patient and yet was aggressive to get our home sold! Erica is so personable! I had never met Erica or her team prior to listing our home but I knew from the moment that I met Erica that I had made the right choice! I found that she was so easy to talk to, really understood how I wanted my home to be displayed and was attentive to every single question that I had along the way! Erica has her own family with their own list of demands but you would never know it by how attentive Erica was to us! She answered every single text and phone call within minutes! The thing that stood out most to me was that she was compassionate about how much our home meant to us and she knew that it wasn't just another real estate transaction!
