Kyle is very knowledgeable about the market, the local areas we were looking in, and the process. He did research on the neighborhood and each property we viewed, and was quick to answer all our questions. We appreciate that Kyle always had our best interests in mind when making an offer and making reasonable negotiations with the seller. Even after closing, when we had follow up questions, Kyle was very quick to communicate with the sellers agent and help get our questions answered.

We have been working with Liz for over 10 years. She was our agent when we bought the property we just sold. Liz kept detailed notes on the meetings with the builder and forced them to live up to promises made. When we had issues after closing on the purchase, she was able to produce the builders promises that we were able to get them to honor. When we went to sell there was no doubt in our mind who would list our house. She was super and got us more than we thought we would get. She constantly went out of her way to ease our minds and make the sale process as stress free as possible.

Very professional and excellent communication through the entire process. Even though our first offer fell through due to buyer financing issues, she stayed 100% on track to quickly get us another good offer. Also had good advice when we were considering some weaker offers, so we closed with a better result.
