We are so grateful we found Kathy!

My family and I decided to move to Florida and we really had no idea where to start. We love Central Florida, and I went on YouTube and searched for suburbs of Orlando. Kathy had a YouTube channel and I binge-watched her videos, which helped us narrow down our search. I emailed her and heard back in 10 minutes, and we had a trip booked to Florida for the next weekend. Buying a house and moving long-distance is not easy, but Kathy did everything she could to make it go smoothly for us. She helped us find our dream home that met all of our requirements. She has provided help all along the way, even after we moved, from suggesting movers that were excellent, to a handyman who is doing some beautiful work for us. She sends thoughtful gifts and emails and even invited us to a "drive-by" pie party. Kathy is such a wonderful person. She truly cares about each family she is working with.
