Tiffany was an invaluable part of our home selling and buying experience. We were in no rush to buy or sell, and she was no pressure and all in at the same time. We quickly realized that with the right agent, now was the right time. Over the course of almost 6 months, she was in contact with us nearly daily with new homes, met us at the drop of a hat an immeasurable amount of times, prepared us with the knowledge of the market, different situations and worked through countless challenges (with other agents/timelines/our lives) with grace and tenacity. We found a home that checked every box on our list and our house sold in days. She worked tirelessly to insure we had what we needed for closings, and thru delays, kept us informed and grounded. I cannot overstate how great our experience was.

Said made the entire home buying process so easy. He was such an amazing help. He explained everything in detail and was always a step ahead to make sure we didn’t into any issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Curtis is an excellent and dedicated realtor but more than that. He’s a great person. My situation was a rough one and my first time buying a house on my own. Curtis‘s guidance, advice and friendship meant the world to me in a situation where I really didn’t know what was going on. I’ve never been a detail oriented person, and Curtis was excellent in explaining and walking me through every step of the process, I would absolutely recommend the Grimes group, especially if you’re a first time homebuyer or even someone like me who’s never been in the driver seat in the purchasing process Just a signature.
