Dana has been our agent for three purchases and one sale (so far). We’re in the process of getting another listing online now. Yes, you can interpret that as a major recommendation.

My decision to buy happened pretty quickly. Lindsey was very familiar with the areas that I was interested in and a great grasp on pricing and availability. She sent me several listings and, by the night we started looking, we had that list narrowed down to a handful. One of those homes was exactly what I was looking for and we put an offer in on November 5. After a little negotiating, we settled on a contract and closed on the house on December 4. You can’t work through the process that quickly if you don’t have a real estate agent who is on top of everything. Any steps needed to be taken care of, she reached out to me and took care of them in a very timely manner. The communication was great and flexibility with scheduling to get things done was unmatched. If I buy or sell again, she will be the person I reach out to!

Erin was refereed to me by my broker who could not take on another property. So, I did not know Erin before we worked together. Erin represented me as the seller of a condo in Gulfport, FL. She was great!!!! Great communicator, listened to my concern, made great suggestions & researched the market. She told me the cons and pros of staging the condo. We went with staging and I am sure that is what sold the condo. I am very happy with her services and would not hesitate to use her again.
