She then found contracters to do the considerable work needed on this particular house and kept in contact with them while the job was underway. She is a person willing and able to handle a lengthy process of purchase and development.

Keri worked extremely well with and for us. We needed a space that would accommodate our family, which included aging parents, and give us a comfortable degree of separation. She worked diligently to meet that need within our budget and in proximity to work and family. When we found the house we wanted, she researched, negotiated, and advocated for us. She has followed up with us and checked in to see how things are going post-purchase. Keri has been an invaluable resource. Most importantly, she cares personally about her clients.
