I really can't say enough about Keri. Her knowledge and professionalism is truly amazing. She was so helpful in selling my home I lived in for 20 years. Communication is also key when looking for a realtor. She is the BEST of the BEST of the BEST!!!! She is always available to answer questions and make suggestions. She is dedicated to her career for sure which is why she does such a remarkable job. But most of all is her expertise of the housing market. She simply just knows things that you wouldn't think of. She worked diligently to meet that need within our budget and in proximity to work and family. When we found the house we wanted, she researched, negotiated, and advocated for us. Tiffany did a great job marketing and selling our home. The market was slowing but still got us a buyer quickly. Four similar homes in our neighborhood are still on the market at this time (60 days later). She took care of all the details and made the sale go through smoothly.
