Charlie is an exceptional realtor. He has a wealth of knowledge from construction methods, market trends, timing and nuances in the South Florida area that he leverages for your benefit. More importantly, he listens to what it is you are looking for, what you want, and he can make it happen. His hustle is second to none. He was like a project manager, keeping the other side of the transaction, the lender, and the insurance parties all speaking the same language to make sure the sale closes. In my transaction, if Charlie had not been involved, it probably would not have closed. Moreover, I might not have discovered I really could have the home and lifestyle I have sought for a long time. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Charlie to successfully close on a Fort Lauderdale condo last September. For all the reasons I expressed in my review about our experience working with Charlie then (I urge you to please refer to my September 2025 review shown above) it was without hesitation that we engaged Charlie again to assist with the purchase of a second condo. This purchase was quite a bit more complicated than the first, in part, as it was done as a 1031 exchange under IRS guidelines. And, short version, because the strict mandated timeframe of a 1031 exchange was made even tighter by my late decision to enter into the exchange and I was very close to closing on the property I was selling for the exchange. Charlie did not even bat an eye at my self created difficulties, took the reins of the process, and only with his guidance and coordination of all parties involved were we able to close this recent purchase within the strict timeframe! Once again because of his integrity, knowledge, experience, strong negotiating skills and disciplined work ethic he was able to smooth out all the complicated issues and secure the best deal possible for us. He made this difficult process easy and actually enjoyable. Charlie clearly has the skills and professional support network to meet any real estate needs and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
