I initially called Lissette because she and her partner had multiple listings in our neighborhood. I went with her because of her prompt response. The entire experience was great. She sat down with us and reviewed our objectives to ensure we were aligned. She brought a great photographer who got pictures that made out listing truly stand out. Lissette had a number of showings within the first couple of weeks and we had an offer in know time. This is amazing as we had neighbors who had listed with other agents and didn’t have a single showing in 6 months! The most remarkable attribute about Lissette is her service. Yes, she’s motivated to sell to earn her commission as all agents are, but she exceeded our expectations. We were living far away from our property which is a little difficult for a control freak like me. But she kept us updated with consistent communication every step of the way. She was always available for a call whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. The moment I absolutely knew we had made the right choice is when a hurricane seemed to be bearing down on Florida. Having lived through that multiple times, I am well aware with the frenzy that ensues. Lisette took the time to go to our unit and double check that everything was properly secured. The peace of mind we garnered just by having Lissette “on our side” is beyond description. When all hell was assuredly breaking loose, we knew she had it under control. We did hit some snags along the way as the loan went from one lender to another.
