From the seller agent, Lender, Title work, to the requirements for repairs to qualify the house for the loan. David was there with his wealth of experience to overcome the challenges. I would highly recommend him to help either sell or buy a home. I have purchase over two dozen homes and this one by far was the most complex of them all.
