I am a lender who recently worked with Eric on a transaction and just wanted to say how great the experience was. He was super easy to work with and kept everything moving smoothly. No matter the bump or hurdle that came at us, because it is real estate after all! We got to the closing table and ALL parties were thrilled!! His positive approach and playful attitude really helped make the process feel lighter and more enjoyable. Looking forward to the next one with him — it’s always a win when you get to work with someone like Eric!!!

From the very beginning, Jane was an absolute blessing to our family. Her communication was beyond exceptional she was always one step ahead, often answering questions before we even thought to ask them. Any time something came up, she had already anticipated it and was actively working on the solution. That level of care and attention is rare. Jane’s knowledge of the market is outstanding, and every professional she recommended was top-notch. It was clear she works with the best because she is the best. More than anything, she genuinely cares about her clients, about the details, and about getting everything right from start to finish. My wife and I have said many times how thankful and blessed we were to have Jane as our realtor. She took what could have been a very stressful transition and made it smooth, organized, and even enjoyable. We never felt alone in the process Jane was there every step of the way. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust, who will advocate for you and handle every detail with excellence and heart, Jane is that person. We could not recommend her more highly.

John has worked in the Tampa/Clearwater region for over 40 years and it really shows. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very skilled in the regional market at both a macro and local level. I can attest he knows every nook and cranny of Pinellas and Pasco counties. John’s also honest, very dependable and a good negotiator. You’re going to receive a call back or text within an hour if you have a question. I’ve responded to offers in writing late in the evening when many agents would have put it off to the next day. John also sold my parents’ home. It was a complicated transaction. My parents had been happily living in Countryside for over 30 years but needed to quickly downsize and move into an independent living facility. Time was of the essence and it was an emotional period. John managed a very difficult and demanding Buyer and get it done in 45 days at the price my parents wanted. Work with him. You won’t be disappointed.

From day 1, I knew we had a great agent. Sharon bent over backwards to look at properties for us. She took the time to understand our likes and dislikes before we dove in. We could not attend viewings in person, but Sharon was always honest with her feedback and steered us away when a property wouldn't meet our criteria. We totally appreciated her transparency. Once we found our property, she was our sherpa through the process. She helped herd the cats for us and made sure that everyone was doing what they needed to do, when they needed to do it. The process can be complex and frustrating at times, but Sharon was always there to reassure us and explain what was going on. I can't say enough good things about Sharon. She brings a tremendous amount of experience and personality to the real estate process. I would highly recommend Sharon as an agent, and I would without hesitation seek her out again if we were looking to buy or sell another property.
