Stephanie was a major help throughout this whole experience. We were informed of any situations within minutes of them happening and Stephanie had solutions for us all lined up. We had a few hiccups with the hurricane going through and damaging the roof, back porch, and fence. We were having trouble finding someone to fix all the damages before the closing date, and Stephanie made some calls and made sure all damages were fixed the weekend before we closed. If we didn’t have Stephanie’s help I don’t know if we’d have our house today.
