She communicated clearly and made sure I felt informed and at ease from start to close. It was important that my dad was part of the process, and Danielle was very accommodating and patient with us throughout, which we both truly appreciated. She made everything feel comfortable and easy to navigate. We especially valued Danielle’s input because she grew up in the area and had a great understanding of the community and the local market. Her knowledge, along with her help during negotiations, made the entire process feel much smoother and less stressful. Our home inspector didn’t work out and she quickly recommended a fantastic home inspector who was a breeze to work with. Danielle was reassuring whenever I had doubts, answered all of my questions, and even made sure I had things set up at my new home to make the move easier. Pat is a great realtor who took the time to listen to my needs, wants, and "wish list," put together a property viewing day that would have put other agents to shame (I was out of energy by the time the day concluded), advocated for me throughout the entire process, staunchly attended every inspection and meeting, helped me negotiate, served as a go-between and intermediary to get the deal done! Some people do not think realtors are worth their commissions/percentage points, but Pat is the rare exception who goes above and beyond and earns every penny! Highly recommend without hesitation.

She was very responsive, even working late into the night. Helped us with navigating multiple offers and even a cancellation. When we requested showings they happened same day in some cases. She was always upbeat and happy to help. During the closing she checked in frequently and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Wonderful to work with.

Matt made buying an out of state home easy! We flew in for a week to look at homes in Parrish/ Bradenton area armed with a list of 30 homes we compiled from online listings. We spent our first day by ourselves knocking off a few that didn’t fit what we wanted then Matt spent the next 5 days showing us every property on our list plus some he thought matched our needs. I wanted a realtor who lived in the area and knew surrounding areas, Matt was great and weeks later he still replies to texts about questions we have about what internet they use and even went to the inspection since we couldn’t be there. So many great things to say about Matt, he’s amazing!!
