We met Toni when she was helping our son find his new home. We probably looked at 50 homes before finding the one. We had a home we needed to sell and after working with her on our son's purchase chose to list with her. It was a 6-month remodel process, and she was with us every step of the way! Helped us choosing paint colors, cabinet colors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, floors and advising us on landscaping! She helped us set the price, did the marketing and we sold to the second people to see the house at $10,000 above asking price! She is the best!

So I only leave review for crappy service/work or outstanding service/work and as you can see, I gave Deann 5 stars. Deann was a pleasure to work with. She keep in communication with me through the hold process. I am the type of person who need my hand held sometimes when dealing with complex tasks that II have never had to do before. Deann held my hand and kept me on a consistent path throughout the whole process and on past the completion. The house, like most, needed some minor repairs here and there. She was able to help me gather information and quotes from some of the companies around the area and followed up with me. She was definitely a valuable asset in my home buying experience from the time I left Colorado to the time I closed on the house. Very fast, very relaxing and very helpful. Highly recommended.
