I want to take a moment to share our real estate experience working with Peter Ripa. We lost our home to Hurricane Helene in 2024. We had hoped to be able to rebuild our 1924 beautiful home but had to face the fact that there was just too much for us to take on with a 100 year old home. We closed on our home Jan. 2, and couldn't be more grateful for everything Peter did to guide us through the process. His experience, professionalism and deep knowledge of Heritage Springs made every step feel clear and stress-free.
