Our situation may seem unique as we assisted our daughter in purchasing her first home from across the country. Danielle was wonderful taking our college aged daughter, on a day long, whirlwind of home tours without any prior commitment or guarantee of purchase. We travelled to see the house for first time the morning of the closing together reviewing all repairs. This was one of the easier home buying processes we’ve experienced closing in 32 days. Our daughter loves her new place and we can’t wait for our next chance to visit.
