This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Paulette communicated with me clearly and directly from day one. Paulette gave suggestions when I asked for advice but always made me feel it was my decision. I felt as if she had my best interests in mind. Paulette did whatever was necessary to help me sell my home. Highly recommend, she is professional, knowledgeable and as they say in 🇬🇧 UK…lovely.
