I was referred to Rodger by a friend who was very impressed with him. My experience was even better than what my friend had said. Rodger showed complete professionalism throughout the experience, which was longer than expected due to seeing many properties and putting offers in on multiple homes. When things got complicated and we got a little down, Rodger always kept us on track and in a positive frame of mind, giving us the confidence that we were going to find the right home at the right price. Rodger’s expertise and market knowledge showed on discussions related to flood zones, architecture style, construction type, permitting, and several aspects the typical home buyer should know before purchasing but may never think to ask or even understand. Rodger attended every meeting, inspection, or anything necessary or not even necessary, and was there early and ready for business. He has contacts and resources for any and everything related to the home buying and ownership process and to my experience they are all quality professionals as well. I know I could trust any recommendation he made. I highly recommend Rodger and will continue to work with him whenever I need an agent and I consider him a friend after the wonderful experience.
