Richard was very knowledgeable about the comps in our neighborhood. He gave us detailed information on the estimated breakdown of costs at closing. His colleague,Sheila, was also extremely helpful with the preparations for closing.

Joffre Navas is an excellent realtor. He was transparent and informative during every step of the process. He went above and beyond to sell our home. He is friendly and kind and knows the real-estate business incredibly well. He also helped me find a new home during crunch time and devoted himself to helping me find exactly what I wanted. The sale of my home was a unique situation that Joffre handled with diligence to make sure the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Joffre Navas to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

She showed my several units until we found the one that fit my needs. Her market knowledge was very helpful too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for something in real estate.
