Professional, hardworking, tireless is how I describe Kristi!! She is also just an all-around good human and now my friend. Finding a house in this market, in my price range with my specifications was not easy or fast. I am from out of state, in another time zone, and she always made me feel like I was her only client. Amazing!! She would check out every home I pointed to and provide feedback and honest opinion. She would face time me the walk throughs, calling out everything from shiplap to vinyl plank flooring to old electrical. She knows her stuff! She is also strategic! In an extremely hot market where there are thousands of buyers and very few sellers, to have an offer accepted (or win the bidding war) you need something extra to get the deal, she understands value and knows NOT to over bid if the value isn’t there but may offer alternatives to stand out. I bought my house site unseen, very risky but I trusted her. I am so happy to be a Florida homeowner!!! In the most beautiful area!!! She knows the area very well!! Thank you Kristi and company! I recommend you 💯! See you soon❤️.

David took on a listing that had been on the market for quite a while. Since we were going into the Covid-19 quarantine, we weren't sure how any sale could be handled. David suggested that a Virtual Tour would allow potential buyers to view the property without having to actually go there. We agreed and his staff set it up and put it on the MLS and Realtor.com. His idea worked, and within a little over two months we were able to close on the property. All handled very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend David and his team without reservation.
