David took on a listing that had been on the market for quite a while. Since we were going into the Covid-19 quarantine, we weren't sure how any sale could be handled. David suggested that a Virtual Tour would allow potential buyers to view the property without having to actually go there. We agreed and his staff set it up and put it on the MLS and Realtor.com. His idea worked, and within a little over two months we were able to close on the property. All handled very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend David and his team without reservation.
