We worked with her when we sold our first house and we worked again with her when we bought a new one this year. She’s very knowledgeable of the process and will make sure that you get the house that you want, no matter what… she helped us find a good deal, helped us with the credit score ,worked with the lender and make sure that we get something as welcome gift from the builder. She didnt give up when things didnt get our way, cause she said there is always a way. And we like that about her. Very tenacious. Overall, the process was smooth coz she took all the stress out.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Liza as first-time homebuyers. From the very beginning, she was patient and approachable, guiding us through every step with clear communication and genuine care. She took the time to really understand what we were envisioning for our first home, the place where we’ll start our family, and she delivered. Her market knowledge gave us confidence, and her thoroughness made sure no detail was overlooked. What stood out most was her balance of being supportive without ever being overbearing or pushy. Thanks to Liza, what could have been a stressful process turned into an exciting and enjoyable journey. We’ll always be grateful for her help in finding the perfect home to begin this new chapter of our lives.

Kim is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't have made it through this process without her direction.
