I found a condo in Port Saint Lucie on Realtor.com. Kim was the first agent to contact me when I requested info about a property. We spoke on the phone and I knew, immediately, that I wanted to work with her. Friendly and knowledgeable are two things I look for in an agent. Besides having those skills, Kim was alway available by text, email and phone. I never had to wait to hear from her. The communication was so important as I was in Wisconsin and looking for a winter home in Port Saint Lucie. Kim met with my sister numerous times at different properties and we FaceTimed as we looked at those properties and the area surrounding them. She was patient and so very understanding. She was very helpful in getting me connected with a great home inspector and was even there to handle getting quotes for a few things that came up. Once I found the perfect property, we were able to handle all documents electronically. With Kim's help, the few little hiccups that always occur in a real estate transaction, were handled quickly and were acceptable to both parties. I'm happy to say I have closed on the property and will be heading to my new home in a very short time. If you're looking for a Realtor with a lot of energy, knowledge and who will be there for you every step of the way, I would strongly recommend Kim Freitas.
