We couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Kim to help us navigate buying our first home! She is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about the market. Rather than rushing us, she took the time to educate us on every aspect of the home-buying process and empowered us with all the data and space we needed to choose what was right for us. One of the things we appreciated most was her complete honesty. She always highlighted both the good and the bad side of every home we toured. During walk-throughs and inspections, she pointed out critical subtle details that made a huge difference in our evaluations. Kim was always reachable, extremely responsive throughout the day, and continuously worked around our schedule, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a dedicated top-notch agent.

Kelly has great analytical skills which enabled her to give us comparisons of a broad spectrum of homes, all with enough variation which helped us to see the opportunities in the areas which fit our specifications. Kelly has great patience, & always a very calm professional demeanor, no matter the unexpected situation that arose. She is always working for the buyer, she analyzed a few overpriced homes, helping us see the real market value, enabling us to make logical vs. emotional decisions, which can happen frequently while purchasing a home! We had several "must have" categories, she found many homes that fulfilled these. As a result of her expertise, we were able to narrow down our requirements & found the perfect home. Thank you Kelly!!

From the moment I met Donna and went over all she and Keller Williams would do to sell my home, I knew, she was the one for me. Donna went over her plan in detail along with her marketing strategy to get my home sold and for the best price possible. She was also very open to any of my suggestions, which made me feel like she really care about my opinion. If Donna said she was going to do something, she did it immediately. I thought I was organized, but she was always a step ahead of me. We had an open house just two days after my home was listed and got four offers. I had not sold or bought a home in 10 years so I needed plenty of help and guidance. She answered all my questions honestly and helped guide me to make this complicated transition a reality. Because I was selling and buying at the same time, Donna help me keep things in perspective and remember to think logically not just emotionally. She was also great at recommending a plumber, a roofer and even a moving company. I trust her judgment and she is the reason I got full asking price for my home and negotiated the condo I purchased. Donna and her team kept me up to date , gave me lists of things I needed to do and made the closing of both properties incredibly smooth and on schedule. The best part is, there were no surprises!!!!! Love Donna Caloia and her Keller Williams team!! Extremely satisfied customer.
