Kelly helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communication, with deep knowledge of local area.

Kelly has great analytical skills which enabled her to give us comparisons of a broad spectrum of homes, all with enough variation which helped us to see the opportunities in the areas which fit our specifications. Kelly has great patience, & always a very calm professional demeanor, no matter the unexpected situation that arose. She is always working for the buyer, she analyzed a few overpriced homes, helping us see the real market value, enabling us to make logical vs. emotional decisions, which can happen frequently while purchasing a home! We had several "must have" categories, she found many homes that fulfilled these. As a result of her expertise, we were able to narrow down our requirements & found the perfect home. Thank you Kelly!!
