We are very grateful to Rich. He took control of the sale of our home after a slow start with a different agent. Rich has great knowledge of the market and priced our home to sell not only quickly, but with multiple backup offers. Rich is extremely professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Always answered our calls and texts no matter what the question was he explained and gave good advice. It was a pleasure to work with Rich and we would highly recommend him as the best realtor you could hope for.

Rich went above and beyond in helping us find our perfect home. He always made himself available at any time to show us homes, and made sure we were taken care of during the entire process. He’s extremely knowledgeable in the area and can recommend where you want, and don’t want to buy. He’s honest, on your side and will go that extra mile for you. Rich is an outstanding agent, but more than that he has compassion that many lack at times especially when issues arise. There was never a time an issue arose that made us worry. Rich handled everything from start to close flawlessly. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for their perfect home!!

Rich is a dedicated Agent who puts his clients FIRST! He followed up on everything, gave sound advice throughout the process and saved us $$$ in fees at closing. Highly recommend Rich as your agent! And he is a great fisherman!
