Heather communicated daily through the process of finding a property we loved and big enough for my sons family. She was there for a showing any time I asked about a property, confirmed with sellers. And I never felt rushed or pressured. When we did settle in on a great deal in Stuart, a location good for the families schools, she went to check on work that needed to be completed herself. We got the home for $15000 less than sellers asking price, actually she negotiated it for even another $15000 less than that, but the home needed some items done for my mortgage approval.
