Shanna has helped us find two commercial spaces now that we had no idea existed and met all of our needs, and now found us a dream property. We decided to move our family across the country from CA to FL. Shanna came as a recommendation from a family member and we were so fortunate she was able to work with us. We saw a few homes with her while we were in Florida and then we found a few other listings we were interested in after we flew back to CA. She scheduled to walk the properties for us and video the properties and give us her notes on the property. When it came to go through the inspection and escrow phase she was extremely helpful to be our voice when we were on the other coast. After closing she again went above and beyond to assist us with the move in process and finding resources for us such as contractors, painters, yard maintenance, and the homes previous pool maintenance person.
