Clayton showed me multiple properties on short notice. I found the perfect place on a Sunday. He moved quickly to submit an offer and get me under contract. This was critical as there were multiple offers on the property. His service to get the deal closed was just as impressive as his efforts helping me find the property. He was great to work with I plan to refer him to friends and family.

Sharon has many great qualities as a real estate agent. For me she closed the deal with me being back home in Canada. Dealing with FIRPTA and several improvements that house inspector recommended, I cannot thank her enough. I got a fair price and recommend her highly. I think and hope the buyer is happy too.

She helped with recommendations for the financing and inspections. She went above and beyond what our expectations were in a Real Estate Agent. We would never have been able to find our dream home without her knowledge and help.

We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

Mike Hunter's selling of our home, helping us through the process & attentiveness was above & beyond exemplary. Also, purchasing a home at the same time! He walked us through the process professionally, patiently && with humor. He took every phone call (& there were a lot) or returned it within a reasonable amount of time. We could not have done it without Mike. We're very thankful for his handling of both the sale of our home & purchase of our new home.
