I cannot get over how much this young lady has done for me she spent so much time looking for homes for me taking me around looking at so many homes for months and months she went backwards for me I can't say enough about her and she's very very friendly and she's very willing to help you with anything she gets back to you right away she fills you in on everything you will need give her a 10 plus

Todo gracias a que supo entender muy bien lo que estaba buscando y, con su experiencia para descartar y seleccionar opciones, hizo que el proceso fuera una experiencia similar a ir al mall a buscar un par de zapatos. Boni and I got connected by accident, but I don't really believe it was an accident. It was really meant to be. As my first time ever going through this process, I had so many questions and concerns and it was not an easy process, but Bonnie kept it together and really showed me that she was on my team and that I could trust her through this process that she had my best interest at Hearts. We met Pamela by chance when my husband selected a house to see from a Zillow listing. She shared with us other listings we may be interested in and we explained we weren’t in a hurry. It could be a year before we found what we liked. Well - 2 weeks later we own a new home and it’s all because of Pamela. She called around on properties that were pending or something we might be interested in. She contacted and set up meetings for us with a GC to discuss remodels. One of the listings that she sent us had a lot of what we were looking for but it was over our budget. She brought it back to us when she learned from her calling around that the seller was very motivated and willing to take offers. We were able to get the house for 80% of the asking price. I think what makes Pamela so good to work with is that she is not pushy but also doesn’t hesitate to call or reach out to anyone that can provide information on a listing or property. Even if that’s a contractor or decorator that would be helping working with us after the sale. I would definitely recommend Pamela and will call her the next time I know someone looking for a property.
