I just want to let anyone who is looking for a FAST SALE TURN AROUND know about Amanda Harrison! We had a weird situation in that we had already moved- not only out of state- but also Country!! We had rented out the house for a year, and when our renter moved the house was empty of everything Except ongoing HOA fees, utilities, etc., etc. I turned to the internet and found Amanda and I am So glad I did!! She went above and beyond. First- she did not scalp us with high commision fees- something we found with other Realtors. Second, she Advertised EVERYWHERE- not just the big names. She did the drones, videos, pics, etc. Here comes the Great part- She sold our house- in this stale real estate market in just TWO WEEKS!!! We had great communication throughout AND FEEDBACK- without us having to call her to get info. That was wonderful for us. We were anxious being so far away, but she made it EASY!! We closed from our new country, so we were saved the expense of flying home, and the hassle of the trip. Seriously- you CANNOT do better than to hire Amand Harrison!! We are so Grateful to God that we found her when we needed it the most. THANK YOU SO MUCH, AMANDA!!!

From start to finish , Danay & Greybill Realty helped me to believe it was possible, gave me the tools to get it done , and held my hand through the process until keys were in-hand. In January my housing situation forced me to see if I was “at-least” qualified to buy a home. I was expecting to be told what I would need to improve on to get in position, only to find out that I was over qualified! Danay gave me the confidence to jump into homeownership head first. As a Veteran, I’m fortunate to not have to worry about the 20% downpayment ( $74k). As a Disabled Veteran I was able to waive the VA Fee ($8k). Most new construction sales offer closing cost assistance for those with qualifying credit scores, and to my surprise my credit is above 810. By March 30th I had the keys to a brand new house and only came out of pocket $6,000! I’m not sure how unique my situation was, but what I know, anyone choosing Danay can expect professionalism, unwavering stick-to-itivesness , and the perfect balance between patience and getting the job done! I plan to refer Danay to all my friends and family for all their real estate needs.
