A very good experience

My husband has known Eugene for the past 21 years. Eugene has sold four homes for us with without any issues. He has always delivered as promised and has made sure everything was taken care of before, during and after the sale. I would highly recommend Eugene for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We had the privilege of having Amanda as our realtor. When we called her she was prompt in returning our call and within minutes we had a day to view the home. Once we met we signed a contract and Amanda answered all our questions kept in touch with us during the process. She went over and beyond in getting information and sending to us from internet service, dining and local hardware stores. From start to finish , Danay & Greybill Realty helped me to believe it was possible, gave me the tools to get it done , and held my hand through the process until keys were in-hand. In January my housing situation forced me to see if I was “at-least” qualified to buy a home. I was expecting to be told what I would need to improve on to get in position, only to find out that I was over qualified! Danay gave me the confidence to jump into homeownership head first. As a Veteran, I’m fortunate to not have to worry about the 20% downpayment ( $74k). As a Disabled Veteran I was able to waive the VA Fee ($8k). Most new construction sales offer closing cost assistance for those with qualifying credit scores, and to my surprise my credit is above 810. By March 30th I had the keys to a brand new house and only came out of pocket $6,000! I’m not sure how unique my situation was, but what I know, anyone choosing Danay can expect professionalism, unwavering stick-to-itivesness , and the perfect balance between patience and getting the job done! I plan to refer Danay to all my friends and family for all their real estate needs.
