Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Carla Morris. I was working with another agent for months that made me feel I was not important because of the price range I was in and then I found Carla. Within 1 month I found my first home. That in itself should speak volumes. She told me not to be discouraged that I would find a home within my range. She is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. She is thorough and even if she didn't have the answer she would find it. She is determined and she will help you get into your home. If you're looking for an agent I promise you choosing Carla would be the best decision you make. I know it was mine and now I'm living my dream!

The experience my wife and I have had with Monica Mendivil as our realtor has been nothing short of amazing! Monica’s professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Once Monica listed our home, we had multiple all cash offers in less than two days. Monica carefully evaluated all the offers and helped guide us to making the best decision based on what we were trying to accomplish. Her guidance and negotiation skills were phenomenal which really helped to make the transition super smooth for both us and the buyer. I would highly recommend Monica Mendivil as your realtor regardless whether you are buying and/or selling a home. She really does go above and beyond for her clients to make sure you have a great experience. The is especially important because buying and/or selling a home can be stressful. Thank you again Monica for all your hard work. My wife and I cannot thank you enough!
