Carla was such a great realtor to work with. As a newbie to the real estate world, it felt so good to have her by my side. She is very patient and will help relay all the knowledge she has to you so that you can make the best decision. She will not try to just sell you a house, but help you find a home that truly fits your desire and needs. Property-wise she knows a lot about how to inspect a home for damage and will point out anything she notices to you which is super helpful when you're overwhelmed with trying to make the right decision. She will give you her opinion as a good person and a mother, not just as a real estate agent. I learned a lot about property management, investments, credit, and so much more. She made sure we got the house we wanted- no matter what. I am so grateful to have her during my first home purchase. She left me with the confidence and empowerment I needed to get through such a stressful time. Whenever I need a realtor, she will be my first and only call.

I had the best experience with Carla as my agent. She was very patient with me. It took a few months to find the perfect home but she was with me every step of the way.
