Holly is truly Amazing! I was referred to her from a home inspector after an issue filled report on a house I found on my own. I’m so happy I made the call. From our first conversation her attitude and communication was top tier. She went above and beyond what I expected from a buyer’s agent and made the process as stress-free as possible. Coming from way out of state, we had a lot of ground to cover the second I got off the plane. Holly mapped out a game plan so we could see as many properties as possible in one day while focusing on homes that actually fit what we were looking for. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, she was trying to find us our home! She took the time to really get to know us, understand our vision, and then went out and found homes that matched our family’s needs. I had never met her in person before the day I flew in to tour homes with her, yet it felt like I’d known her for years. When I wasn’t able to fly down, she personally walked through homes taking detailed videos and photos so I could truly get a feel for the property, even from a thousand miles away. The home we ended up purchasing was one I hadn’t seen in person before making the decision. That’s how much trust I put in Holly! She walked it, felt it was the one for us, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in signing. She earned that level of trust through her dedication and personable nature. She truly invested herself into helping us find the right home. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her highly enough. If I could have flown her to Philly to sell my house for me, I would have, because that’s how great my experience was. Holly made home buying exciting! I’m sharing this review because I hope others get to experience the same level of service, commitment, and genuine care that we did. If you’re looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile and treat your home search or sale like it’s her own, Holly is the person you want in your corner.

Bonnie and I have had four real estate exposures and all four ended up in a sale. In this last case the sale took just 10 days. In this economy and climate for land sales, that was more than I ever expected. I thought at lest it would take 4 months. I was surprised to say the least. Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way! I highly recommend Jessica to anyone serious in finding a home or property to build on............ you will not be disappointed!!!

With the house only for sale literally for a few days and the sign of the yard for 2 days and sold it, I think they did pretty good. Lanny
