We met Pamela by chance when my husband selected a house to see from a Zillow listing. She shared with us other listings we may be interested in and we explained we weren’t in a hurry. It could be a year before we found what we liked. Well - 2 weeks later we own a new home and it’s all because of Pamela. One of the listings that she sent us had a lot of what we were looking for but it was over our budget. She brought it back to us when she learned from her calling around that the seller was very motivated and willing to take offers. We were able to get the house for 80% of the asking price. I think what makes Pamela so good to work with is that she is not pushy but also doesn’t hesitate to call or reach out to anyone that can provide information on a listing or property. Even if that’s a contractor or decorator that would be helping working with us after the sale. I would definitely recommend Pamela and will call her the next time I know someone looking for a property.
