Mr. John and his assistant Ms. Margarita have been truly amazing. They remained patient as we looked at numerous houses--new,old, and in-between. They helped with advice when our financing feel through the first time. They were both so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and were just as happy as us when we finally closed. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

Not much impresses me, but the way that Peter handled a very complex and very delicate situation between myself and my ex husband was nothing short of a miracle. For those of you that have ever had to do business with your former spouse after a nasty divorce, this probably resonates. Peter managed to play both sides fairly and effectively. We had less than a month over the Christmas holiday to pull of a small miracle for the sale and well, Peter must be an angel because not only did we do it, he got me more money than I thought I was going to get and we closed ahead of schedule!
