Amazing!!!

Ileana is your girl for Central Florida Real Estate!!

I am very impressed with Ms. Fajardo. I reside in California which could have been an obstacle when dealing with the three hours difference, but Ileana made it easy! She removed my anxiety with her efficient, patient, and professional disposition. She communicated with me with genuine attentiveness and facilitated the search of a home through real time video calls and virtual showings. Ms. Fajardo was quick to respond to my texts, emails, and calls day and night! Without hesitation, she contacted and negotiated with other realtors effectively and looked out for me as if she was representing family, not just a client from across the country. Ileana advised me earnestly and made sure I understood the process, the math, and any documents I signed. She connected me with other amazing loan and insurance professionals who completed our team.
