I am very impressed with Ms. Fajardo. I reside in California which could have been an obstacle when dealing with the three hours difference, but Ileana made it easy! She removed my anxiety with her efficient, patient, and professional disposition. Courtney had a great knowledge of the current market at the time and was always researching new trends. She was extremely professional as was her company. She staged and edited the home herself, which was extemely helpful and I am sure it helped sell the house! Selling a home is stressful and she did everything to alleviate any problems. She is very detail oriented and made sure everything was complete so we had a very smooth easy closing with no surprises! I would definitely use her again! I highly recommend her!
