Liss took our virtually unsellable property, spruced it up, made it shine, directed us toward necessary repairs & improvements, and got it sold for more than we could have ever hoped for. This was a 1973 mobile, refurbished over the years, but with multiple structural & mechanical problems and a horrible real estate market. Three other Realtors had already turned us down.
