We had two separate realtors before working with Garrett (Kenneth). They were all gung-ho to help us, they would send us a bunch of listings, and then never follow up with anything. So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks. And as a local with a lot of connections, he was able to get a few things estimated and fixed for us and the sellers to keep things moving after inspection. If it wasn't for Garrett we may have missed out on the property we really wanted and now own! Thanks again!

Amazing!! We bought our first home with them as our realtors and now we have sold our home with them! Both times were great experiences!

Throughout my entire experience, from selling my home of 22 years to finding the perfect one to live in, after my nest went empty, Leori was there every step of the way. As a realtor she's professional, knowledgeable, and super-attentive to all her clients' needs. As a person, she's kind, sincere, and a rare gem that I happened to be fortunate enough to have happened upon. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or both. :-)

Daniele was wonderful to work with. She is very responsive, professional, and truly cares about her clients. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her!

Rob is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and was genuinely interested in negotiating the best deal for the sale of my late father’s home. He was quite patient thru a tumultuous process and guided us through a difficult situation with compassion. Would absolutely use his firm again.

From start to finish Debbie had a firm grasp on all details of our home sale. Her market analysis and marketing plan were well researched and executed. Her knowledge and professionalism were top notch. We were very pleased with her and would highly recommend her.
