I teach customer service for a living and they have made me rethink how good customer service really can be.

Joe Godfrey is a dedicated, determined and very informative person. He was able to pull off selling our home quickly enough to purchase our dream home in which it was only 1 of that particular built remaining. He also kept my wife and I up to speed with the whole process from beginning to the end. Any time we wanted to reach him, his response was swiftly. He did not hesitate to come to see us in person even if it was something that could be said on the phone. I feel he puts his all into caring for the needs of his sellers/buyers. To top thing off, his fees that he charges beats most realtors. I would most definitely choose or recommend him every single time.

Lida is a very hardworking, motivated relator. From the beginning to the end of the selling process we definitely had some challenges but she went above expected and did whatever she could to make sure my husband and I were getting a good, fair price when selling our house. She treated us like she’s known us forever and we were in great hands with her. Excellent communication and follow through. I would totally recommend her out of all the realtors out there.

I say this because Alex sold my Moms house when we very upset about my Fathers passing. The house needed lots of work & got it sold when the market was on the down swing. He was very compassionate & got it done when we needed it the most! Thanks again to Alex!
