Rick and Christy are fantastic agents. They take the time to listen and show you the houses you want. They ask the right questions and make sure every moment is just for you. Great communication and network

Rick made our house-buying journey as enjoyable as possible! When we needed the garage roof repaired and electrical work done before closing, he knew the companies who could do the work right and fast at a great price. We were in nearly constant contact when it came to details and both my wife and I couldn't have been more thankful!

Great Experience

Rick did an excellent job selling my house. He did an amazing job with the pictures and marketing my house. He communicated well and very quickly concerning showings, feedback and offers. He was there for me from listing to closing. He was great to work with in the changing market. I would recommend Rick to anyone to sell his or her house.

A rock solid performer

I've worked with Rick Hemenway to purchase multiple homes over the past 5 years. He's an absolute pro. I won't proceed with a deal without him by my side.
